Breath of Light and Stillness

Dream to Dion to You

{Not 'my' dream - all the dreams I experience are their own being}

{My sleeping and waking dreams - my writings - not just of my own making}

{I only am of what is given me and of what I share}

{Revised as I dreamed again this dream three times} 

{As I remembered more - seeing more of the energy flow}

 

I dreamed all the bodies and minds in the world were filling and emptying themselves and it was like breathing - every soul was breathing in and out and the winds from each soul were like tendrils of Light where each soul met and touched - and beyond and within each filling and emptying and touching was the Earth's womb breathing all the souls - and the Earth was breathing in and breathing out all the souls - and all the souls where swirling and floating - emanating within and outwards from themselves - and all the souls were swirling and floating - emanating within and outwards from the Earth - and there was a great singing of love between all of the souls and a great sighing of loneliness within the wombs of all the souls - and there was a great stillness - and in this stillness was a Light joining all the singing and all the stillnesses and all the Light everywhere - and then even the sighing turned into singing - and as each soul breathed in they received from all the souls all the stillness and Light and love of everything - and as each soul breathed out they gave to all the souls and to everything all the stillness and Light and love of all existence.

Now when I work or bicycle or walk or sit or lower my body to rest or dream or rise from sleep I try to remember to breathe this breath past the filling and emptying of body and mind into receiving and giving the breath and song and stillness of the love and Light that is in everything.
